"V" star, Morena Baccarin is in talks for the unknown female sidekick that Samuel L Jackson's Nick Fury in "The Avengers", which is due for world release next year. The character is brand-new.
If Baccarin goes for the role, then she will also be signing onto a nine-picture deal, with Jackson. Her first film being "The Avengers".
