Joseph Gordon-Levitt Heading For A Role In "The Dark Knight Rises"

Deadline is reporting that Joseph Gordon-Levitt is in talks with Chris Nolan, for a role in the third and final film in his trilogy.
Levitt was originally going for the role of The Joker in 2008's "The Dark Knight", but lost out to the late Heath Ledger. He was then rumored to be getting the role for this one, but Nolan announced that he doesn't want The Joker in this film.There are rumors saying that he is in talks for The Riddler.
