Jacintha's family said their final goodbyes to her on Dec. 17. So sad.

Jacintha Saldanha, the nurse who patched through a prank call to Kate Middleton's hospital room on Dec. 4, allegedly committed suicide on Dec. 6 and was buried in her native Shirva, India on Monday Dec. 17.

Jacintha was remembered by nearly 2,000 at a service held at Our Lady of Health Catholic Church before her burial. She was a mother of two and leaves behind her husband Ben Barboza and two children, Junal, 17, and Lisha, 14.

Jacintha Blames The Prank Callers For Her Death

Jacintha was tragically found hanging by her scarf in the nurse's quarter of the London hospital, and three notes were found with her body. According to The Daily Mail, one note blamed the radio DJs.

Jacintha "wrote a short letter in which she expressed her deep anger at the Australian radio presenters and blamed them for her tragic death," says a source. So sad.

The Royal Family Releases Statement After Nurse's Death

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are deeply saddened to learn of the death of Jacintha Saldanha," the royals said in a statement. "Their Royal Highnesses were looked after so wonderfully well at all times by everybody at King Edward VII Hospital, and their thoughts and prayers are with Jacintha Saldanha's family, friends and colleagues at this very sad time."

What do YOU think HollywoodLifers? Will this story finally be laid to rest or will more details come out?
